Last night was the opening of my solo show ‘From The Source: A Landscape of Food’. As I looked around gallery I realised that so many of you have in some way played an important role in my work and have been on this journey with me as Artist in Residence with the Gascoyne Food Council from the very beginning. A couple of you have even been immortalised in the paintings! I am truly grateful for your support. It was so special to have all of you in the same room with this collection of paintings. I am delighted that the show was so well received and very humbled that so many of my paintings sold on the opening night.

It was wonderful to have the chefs that are in town for the Gascoyne Food Festival’s Long Table Lunch join in the celebrations.  Great to meet you Brendan Pang, Nathan Thomas and Luke Fernandes.

Huge thanks to the Gascoyne Food Council for your support and this incredible opportunity.

‘From The Source: A Landscape of Food’ continues until 18 August 2018, at the Carnarvon Regional Art Gallery, 18 Egan Street, Carnarvon WA.
